Hi there! I’m Helen. As a coach, my mission is to help you build a more intentional and fulfilling life. Through a series of coaching sessions, we will explore your personal values, clarify your life purpose, and work on dispelling existing limiting beliefs. All with the intention of cultivating the personal life and career of your dreams.
I graduated from Harvard with a concentration in Psychology and am a Co-Active trained Coach. I have spent the greater part of the last decade building my career in Partnerships, working at companies like LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Outside of the office, I am a fitness and yoga instructor with a background in dance.
Whether in a corporate setting or fitness studio, my passion has always been in helping others recognize their full potential. I believe that everyone has the answers to greater fulfillment within themselves. I’m here to help you build a life that is in alignment with what truly matters to you.

How to work together

1:1 Coaching
A typical coaching engagement starts off as a 3 month commitment, with weekly or biweekly hour-long sessions. We will examine your life as a whole, set goals, and create accountability to ensure that we are making improvements. Chemistry between coach and client is extremely important, so go ahead and schedule that free call to see if we’d be a good fit!

Group Coaching
There is power in group coaching and creating community with others. In particular, I support early-in-career women and members of the Asian American community who may be looking to clarify their life purpose outside of external pressures or family influence. This will be a 6 week small group program that meets weekly over zoom for easy accessibility.
